Orders

How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our webshop at www.amoue.com. Simply add your desired items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, so it’s not possible to make changes once your order is confirmed.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact info@amoue.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view past purchases, and save your shipping details for future orders.

Which countries do you ship to?

What are the shipping costs?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders within the Netherlands placed before 11:30pm (working days) usually arrive the next day. International orders may take longer.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link in your confirmation email.

If there’s still an issue, contact info@amoue.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: beauty and skincare products can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You may choose your own carrier and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How do I start a return?

Email info@amoue.com with your order number and the reason for return.

We’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued as store credit by default. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please let us know when you request your return.

Refunds (including the original shipping cost) are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your order for store credit or a refund, and place a new order for the desired product.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, all payments are processed securely by licensed payment providers. Amoué does not store or have access to your payment details.

Are Amoué products cruelty-free?

Yes. We are committed to ethical production standards and do not test our products on animals.

Can I get more information about a product’s ingredients?

Yes. Ingredients are listed on the product page and packaging. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, feel free to reach out to info@amoue.com for more details.

Yes.
