Shipping
All products are shipped from the Netherlands. Our website accommodates shipments to the following countries.

All orders are shipped with DHL. All shipments are sent securely with track and trace. Shipping costs remain the same when ordering multiple items. We do not ship to a P.O. box. Please provide a physical address.

Returns
All sales of Amoué (cosmetics and skincare) are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Regarding accessories: you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered.
1. Returning Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
You may return:
- Accessories, and other non-cosmetic items, provided they are in original condition.
You may not return (for hygiene reasons):
- Cosmetic items if the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.
Cosmetic items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging and sealed
2. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You may choose any shipping provider to return your item. We recommend using a trackable service, as the customer is responsible for safely returning the product.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email info@amoue.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send the return instructions and return address.
- Ship the item using a carrier of your choice.
4. Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Store credit is issued by default.
If the customer prefers a refund to the original payment method, this must be explicitly requested in writing at the time the return is initiated.
Refund includes:
- The purchase price
Requirements for a full refund:
- The item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Items showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage may result in a reduced refund in accordance with EU consumer law.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- In original product packaging
- Free from signs of wear, stains or damage
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Return the original product,
- Place a new order for the item you would like instead.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery at info@amoue.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Customs
All international packages in the EU, The United States of America and Canada, could be charged with customs fees upon their arrival in the country of destination. These costs are determined by the country of arrival. We cannot be held accountable for these charges, the customer is responsible for handling the costs.
